    Owner and history

    The Tannat grapes are grown on thirty-year-old vines, on steep slopes facing south and southwest. The terroir is warm and well-drained, allowing for optimal ripening of the grapes.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Fermentation and malolactic fermentation in wood
    - Aged for up to 14 months on lees, in new barrels (80%)
