    Owner and history

    Steep slopes covered with rounded pebbles, subsoil of layered brown and orange clays. South-facing exposure, warm soils promoting optimal ripeness. These are the highest plots in Montus.

    Vinification and aging

    Maceration for 3 to 6 weeks. Fermentation at 28°C in wooden vats. Punching down, malolactic fermentation in new barrels. Aged in new barrels for 24 months.
