    Owner and history

    This exceptional walled vineyard covers 5.24 hectares and comprises four distinct parcels. It is one of the largest monopoles in the Côte d'Or. The vines are located in the communes of Volnay and Auxey-Duresses, on a sublime terroir. Cultivated biodynamically since 1988, the vines are between 30 and 80 years old!

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. They are then destemmed.
    Aged for 18 months in barrels, 25% of which are new.
