    Owner and history

    Les Acacias is made from old Malbec vines (40 years old on average) that grow at an altitude of 350 meters on hillsides. The soils are composed of ferruginous limestone. This richness is enhanced by biodynamic farming practices.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grape harvest is done by hand
    - The winemaking process takes place naturally, without additives, using indigenous yeasts.
    - The wine is aged in large oak casks for 18 months
