    Owner and history

    The Syrah is found on a soil of rolled pebbles.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. They are destemmed and then fermented in temperature-controlled concrete vats. The wine is aged for 15 months in oak barrels (20% of which are new).
