    Owner and history

    The Syrah vines are cultivated biodynamically and organically and are on average 25 years old. They grow on south-facing slopes. The elimination of chemical products allows the vines to develop deeper roots in the soil. They are more resilient and offer precise balance.

    - Aged in concrete tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit for 12 months and in barrels (15%) to develop the wine's complexity
