Vinification and aging

The wine is then aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, for approximately 12 to 18 months. This process allows for the incorporation of oak notes while preserving the purity of the fruit. The result is a wine of great complexity, where each step of the winemaking process is carefully considered to enhance the terroir and the grape varieties.
