    Tasting notes

    We enjoy this vintage with hare à la royale, a rib of beef or even a lamb stew. Serve the wine at around 15-16°C, opening the bottle well in advance of tasting, especially when young.

    Owner and history

    Made entirely from Tempranillo grapes from the Castile and León region, Pintia is a high-altitude wine. The vines benefit from excellent freshness and are 40 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are sorted in the vineyard and then hand-harvested into small crates to preserve the purity of the fruit. The grapes undergo maceration and fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is also aged in barrels for 12 months and in tanks.
