    Owner and history

    Made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes from the Castile and León region, the Pintia cuvée selects its grapes from vineyards at an altitude of 700 meters, in soils composed of clay, quartz, and pebbles. The vines, around forty years old, benefit from remarkable freshness.

    Vinification and aging

    - Manual harvesting and sorting
    - Cold maceration for 5 days followed by fermentation in oak barrels
    - Aged in oak barrels for 12 months
