Owner and history

The Château Canon vineyard covers 34 hectares of contiguous vines. 24 hectares are dedicated to Château Canon and 10 hectares to the second wine, located in Croix Canon. The vines face south and southwest, and the vineyard reaches an altitude of 87 meters. On average, the vines are 30 years old. The soil consists of limestone with asterias fossils, covered by a thin layer of clay.

Vinification and aging

- Grape harvest from September 16th to October 8th
- Aged for 16 to 18 months with 50% new barrels
