    Owner and history

The estate stands out with a grape variety composition different from other properties in the appellation. It consists of a majority of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, and 30% Merlot. This characteristic makes Figeac the most Médoc-like of the Saint-Émilion estates.

    Vinification and aging

Every effort is made to preserve the unique character of the vintage: massal selection and preservation of indigenous strains of lactic acid bacteria. The grapes are harvested by hand. The wine is aged in 100% new oak barrels for 15 to 22 months.
