    Owner and history

    This cuvée is made from a blend of parcels located in the northern part of the appellation. The 5 hectares of vines for this cuvée face south/southeast. The soil is composed of schist, typical of the northern part of the AOC.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested, partially crushed and destemmed grapes
    - Fermentation in open vats for 3 weeks
    - Malolactic fermentation in barrels, using natural yeasts
    - Raised for 18 months
