Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for M. Chapoutier - Côte Rôtie Neve 2020 is carried out with meticulous care. The carefully selected grapes are destemmed before being fermented in concrete tanks, allowing for optimal fruit expression. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, for approximately 12 to 18 months. This delicate process brings structure and complexity to the wine, while preserving the identity of the terroir. Interventions are minimal, allowing nature to speak for itself and offering a wine true to its origin.
