The plots are cultivated using sustainable practices, preserving the vineyard's natural balance while ensuring an authentic expression of the grape varieties.

    Vinification and aging

    The Brut Majeur is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity and vibrancy of the fruit. After controlled fermentation, the cuvée rests on its lees in the cellar for approximately three years, giving it a silky texture and subtle aromatic complexity. The near-total absence of dosage highlights the natural freshness and elegance of this champagne.
