    Owner and history

This cuvée comes from vines located on the steep slopes of Côte-Rôtie, ideally exposed to the south and southeast. These vines, several decades old, are rooted in schist soils, creating a unique terroir. Thanks to environmentally conscious viticulture, this vineyard produces wines of remarkable purity and typicity.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Vinification in stainless steel tanks with a portion of whole bunches, accompanied by gentle punch-downs and pump-overs
    - Aged for 18 to 24 months in barrels that have previously held several wines
