Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for La Belle Hélène 2013 is meticulous, with each step carefully considered to preserve the integrity of the fruit. After a carefully selected, hand-harvested grape, the fruit is destemmed and then gently crushed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature control.
