    Owner and history

    Vinification and aging

The winemaking process Château Pichon Baron It is a meticulous process, where each grape variety is vinified separately. The grapes are carefully hand-sorted before being destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the purity of the aromas. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 18 months. This attention to winemaking gives the wines remarkable complexity and depth, characterized by a beautiful harmony between fruit and oak.
