      Owner and history

      The Cazelles vineyard covers 3.1 hectares and benefits from optimal, south-facing exposure. The cuvée, named "La Ciaude," takes its name from the locality where this magnificent terroir is located. The vines, planted in clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 220 meters, are between 13 and 108 years old.

      Vinification and aging

      - Hand-harvested grapes
      - The winemaking process is in the Burgundian style: the grapes are completely destemmed
      - Aged in oak barrels (80%) and stainless steel tanks (20%)
