    Tasting notes

We like to pair this wine with a dish in sauce. For example, a cassoulet or a beef tournedos with a mushroom sauce are a perfect match.

    Owner and history

The vineyard is located precisely on the southern slopes of the Saint-Emilion terroir and covers 38 hectares of vines. The vineyard is planted with 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon on clay and limestone soils.

    Vinification and aging

Recently renovated, the vats boast unparalleled technology and aesthetics. The winery comprises 20 inverted, truncated conical vats. This new installation allows for highly precise plot-by-plot vinification. The château's wines are aged for 14 to 16 months.
