Owner and history

The Château Mouton Rothschild vineyard covers 84 hectares in the commune of Pauillac.

Vinification and aging

- The grape harvest was done manually and took place from September 26th to October 14th
- Winemaking in the traditional way. Fermentation lasts between 15 and 21 days.
- Aged in barrels (70% new oak) for 12 to 15 months

  • Serving temperature 16°C - 20°C
